-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders will take 2-4 business days to ship, with tracking provided. 

-My wig says delivered but I haven't received it?

If your order was scanned by the post office as delivered to your address, then Crowns by Katrina is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. You will need to contact your local post office. To ensure proper delivery, please make sure the shipping address is correct at time of checkout.
